摘要
加氢变压器油中的腐蚀性硫会对变压器造成腐蚀,而添加金属钝化剂可以有效地抑制腐蚀,对变压器的正常运行有利。但金属钝化剂会增加加氢变压器油中的溶解气,给变压器的安全运行带来隐患,或对变压器的运行状况造成误判。对金属钝化剂在加氢变压器油中的利弊进行了分析,认为在加氢变压器油中添加金属钝化剂的弊大于利。目前国内的变压器油添加有金属钝化剂,而国外的变压器油没有添加金属钝化剂。根据最新的国际标准,不允许在变压器油中添加金属钝化剂。为了与国际接轨,在加氢变压器油中不添加金属钝化剂是必然趋势。(图0表4参考文献1)
The corrosive sulfur in hydrogenated transformer oils would cause corrosion to the transformer,and the addition of metal deactivator could effectively inhibit the corrosion and it was good for normal operation of transformer.However,metal deactivator would increase the dissolved gases in hydrogenated transformer oils,which would bring hidden danger to the safe operation of the transformer,or cause misjudgment to the operation of the transformer.The advantages and disadvantages of metal deactivator in hydrogenated transformer oils were analyzed.It was considered that the disadvantages of adding metal deactivator in hydrogenated transformer oils were greater than the advantages.At present,metal deactivator was added to domestic transformer oils,but was not added to foreign transformer oils.According to the latest international standards,it was not allowed to add metal deactivator to transformer oils.In order to meet the international standards,it was an inevitable trend that no metal deactivator should be added to hydrogenated transformer oils(.Charts0 Tables4 Reference1)
