摘要
在人类命运共同体理念下,世界日益发展成一个兴衰相依、祸福与共的地球村,各类国家行为体、非国家行为体共存于你中有我、我中有你的政治共同体中,多元的文化传统和利益需求使各主体形成了不同的价值思维和价值追求。人类命运共同体是一个价值共同体,承载着个体之间普遍的价值共识,面对共同体内主体多元和价值多向的政治生态,变革传统的单一价值思维、以共同价值凝结多元政治主体之间的价值共识、实现共同体内价值追求的和谐,是时代的必然。多元政治价值思维是人类命运共同体理念下应对全球治理的新方案,它突破单一、孤立、敌对的思维惯性,表现出主体性、现实性和历史性的多重属性,有助于解决共同面临的全球性问题,凝聚共同价值、化解多元之间的矛盾冲突,为破解国际政治领域的治理赤字提供价值导向和思想引领。
Under the concept of community of shared future of mankind,the world has increasingly developed into a global village in which people share with ups and downs,and disasters and blessings.All kinds of state actors and non-state actors coexist in the political community.Diversified cultural traditions and interests form different value systems and pursuits.The community of shared future of mankind is a value-oriented community which carries the common value consensus.Facing the multi-dimensional and multi-directional political ecology,it is inevitable to change the traditional single value system,integrate the multi-political subjects with the shared values,and realize the harmony of the value field in the community.Multi political value system is a new solution to global governance under the concept of community of shared future for mankind.It transcends single,isolated and hostile mindset,and shows multiple attributes of subjectivity,reality and history.In the new era of a community of shared future for mankind,this multi-political value system featuring"harmony,diversity and cooperation"is helpful to solve common problems.Therefore,we need to create common values and resolve conflicts among multiple factors,so as to provide a value and ideological guidance for solving problem of the governance deficiency.
