摘要
体能是决定运动好坏的决定性因素,更是影响运动成效的最直接素质,拥有较高水平的体能是一名柔道运动员必须具备的能力。体能有两方面内容,一种是专项体能,另一种是一般体能,这两种体能的应用是随年龄及专项成绩提高而不断发生变化的,专项体能更多的是对运动员的要求和采取的体能训练策略。由于青少年运动员与成年运动员身体素质、年龄上存在差异,因此,专项体能训练上应有所差异,青少年运动员体能训练应有自身的一套训练体系。
Physical ability is the decisive factor to determine the quality of sports,and also the most direct quality to affect the results of sports.Having a high level of physical ability is a necessary ability for a judo athlete.There are two aspects of physical fitness,one is special physical fitness,the other is general physical fitness.The application of these two physical fitness is constantly changing with the improvement of age and special performance.Special physical fitness is more about the requirements of athletes and the physical training strategies adopted.Due to the differences in physical quality and age between young athletes and adult athletes,there should be differences in special physical training,and young athletes should have their own training system for physical training.
