摘要
为解决工业机器人教学时实际设备不足的问题,设计了工业机器人综合仿真实验平台。该仿真平台利用三维绘图软件建立零部件模型,在机器人模拟软件中搭建仿真平台,并针对各部件独立创建机械装置和Smart组件,配合编写的机器人程序,可实现涂胶、搬运、码垛等功能。实验表明,平台具有以虚补实、以虚展实的作用,满足工业机器人操作、编程、调试实验实训的要求。通过虚实结合的教学方法,提高了学生操作安全性的同时,加强了学生的实践能力,对工业机器人相关课程的教学起到了很好的辅助作用。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient equipment in industrial robot teaching,a comprehensive simulation experiment platform of industrial robot was designed.Three-dimensional drawing software was used to build parts model in simulation platform,simulation platform was built in robot simulation software,and mechanical devices and Smart components independently for each component were created.With the robot program,the functions of glue coating,transportation,stacking and so on can be realized.The experiment shows that the platform has the function of complementing the real with the virtual and developing with the need,and meets the requirements of the industrial robot operation,programming,debugging and experimental training.Through the combination of virtual and real teaching method,the operation safety of students is improved,and the practical ability of students is strengthened.It plays a good auxiliary role in the teaching of industrial robot related courses.
