多功能智能化手功能训练器在颈椎病患者术后康复中的应用效果 被引量:8

Effect of Multi-Functional Intelligent Hand Function Trainer in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

摘要 目的探讨多功能智能化手功能训练器在颈椎病患者术后康复中应用效果评价|方法便利抽样法选取上海市某三级甲等综合性医院脊柱外科行颈椎手术的住院患者为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序设为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组采用多功能智能化手功能训练器进行康复训练,对照组采用常用弹力球进行康复训练。评估患者训练后不同时间段的握力、上肢肌力和上肢运动功能。结果训练1.3个月后,两组患者术后握力和上肢运动功能评分较术前均明显提高,上肢肌力均较术前有所增加,观察组的肘部和肩部肌力的恢复明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论应用多功能智能化手功能训练器可有效恢复术后颈椎病患者的上肢运动功能,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of multi-functional intelligent hand function trainer in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods By the convenience sampling method, the inpatients with spine surgery in a general hospital in Shanghai were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission, with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was trained with a multi-functional intelligent hand function trainer, the control group was trained with a common elastic ball.Grip strength, upper limb muscle strength and motor function were measured or evaluated at different times after the patient’s training.Results After training for 1 and 3 months,the scores of grip strength and upper limb motor function in the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation,and the muscle strength of upper limb was increased compared with that before the operation;the recovery of elbow and shoulder muscle strength in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Conclusions The effect of multi-functional intelligent hand function trainer is obviously better than that of the conventional elastic ball, which is worth popularizing in rehabilitation.
