摘要
目的:观察及分析光棒引导气管插管在颈椎手术患者中的应用成效.方法:选择110例颈椎手术患者作为此次的研究对象,将其划分成研究组、参照组,分别落实光棒引导气管插管治疗方案、喉镜行气管插管方案,对于两组的治疗情况进行比较分析.结果:通过进行比较两组患者的气管插管所用时间、插管成功率、24h内咽部疼痛和牙齿受损发生率、术后生活质量水平,研究组均要明显的优于参照组,P<0.05.结论:对于颈椎手术的患者展开展棒引导气管插管方案,可以明显地提升治疗成效.
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of light rod guided endotracheal intubation in patients with cervical spine surgery.Methods:110 patients with cervical spine surgery were selected as the object of this study,and they were divided into a research group and a reference group.The light rod guided tracheal intubation treatment plan and the laryngoscope tracheal intubation plan were implemented respectively.Perform comparative analysis.Results:By comparing the time of tracheal intubation,the success rate of intubation,the incidence of pharyngeal pain and tooth damage within 24h,and the quality of life after surgery,the study group was significantly better than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of rod-guided endotracheal intubation for patients undergoing cervical spine surgery can significantly improve the effectiveness of treatment.
