军医大学临床医学专业毕业学员的用人单位满意度调查被引量：1

摘要目的调查军医大学临床医学专业毕业学员的用人单位满意度,以期有效把握军事医学人才需求的侧重点。方法采用自编满意度问卷,选取某军医大学毕业分配学员较多的18家单位进行调查,共发放问卷200份,有效回收158份(79.0%)。结果问卷的克隆巴赫数系数为0.898,KMO值为0.895。用人单位对军医大学临床医学专业毕业学员的满意度总体较高(4.04),但对申请课题、发表论文的满意度(3.48)相对较低。不同群体的用人单位干部对毕业生各项素质的满意度有所不同。结论满意度问卷信度、效度良好;用人单位对于毕业学员的科研与创新能力满意度相对较低;高校应在准确把握用人单位岗位素质需求的基础上,科学定位人才培养目标、有效开展教学改革。 Objective:To investigate the employer’s satisfaction degree of clinical graduate students of medicine from military medical university,so as to effectively grasp the emphasis of military medical talent needs.Method:A self-compiled satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate 18 units that admitted more graduate students from a military medical university.A total of 200 questionnaires were issued and 158(79.0%)were effectively recovered.Result:The Kronbach number coefficient and KMO value of the questionnaire were 0.898 and 0.895 respectively.The employer’s satisfaction with the clinical medicine graduates of military medical university is generally higher(4.04).However,the degree of satisfaction(3.48)with applying for projects and publishing papers is relatively low.Different groups of the cadres from the employing units showed different satisfactions with various qualities of the graduates.Conclusion:The satisfaction questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Employers’satisfaction with graduate students’scientific research and innovation ability is relatively low.On the basis of accurately grasping job quality demand of the employers,colleges and universities should scientifically locate the training target of talents and carry out teaching reform effectively.
