摘要
为了解我校临床医学专业毕业生用人单位我校临床医学专业毕业生的综合素质、职业能力、专业素质、职业道德素质的评价,探索建立毕业生质量与学校教学改革的互动机制,推动临床医学教育教学改革,最终实现提高临床医学专业人才培养质量。采用整群整群抽样的方法,对全疆录用毕业生的用人单位(二级及以上医院)进行调查,共收回调查问卷67份。结果表明,被调查用人单位对我校临床医学专业毕业生的综合素质、职业能力、专业素质、职业道德素质的总体满意度较高;用人单位人才需求持续增加,学历以研究生为主,专业以临床医学、护理学、医学检验技术等为主。
In order to understand the evaluation of the comprehensive quality, professional ability, professional quality, and professional ethics of graduates of clinical medicine majors in our school, explore the establishment of an interactive mechanism between graduate quality and school teaching reform, and promote the reform of clinical medicine education and teaching.Finally, it can improve the training quality of clinical medical professionals. A total of 67 questionnaires were collected from employers（level 2 and above hospitals） who employed graduates throughout Xinjiang by using the whole group sampling method. The results show that the overall satisfaction of the employers surveyed to the graduates of our university＇s clinical medicine major is high in terms of comprehensive quality, professional ability, professional quality and professional ethics. The demand for talents in the employing units has continued to increase. The academic qualifications are mainly graduate students,and the majors are mainly clinical medicine, nursing, and medical inspection techniques.
