铁路牵引变电所二次侧设备强电危害分析及防护措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对牵引变电所二次侧设备强电防护现状,提出在二次侧设备处设置防雷屏,用于集中安装浪涌保护器,使浪涌保护器与主设备物理隔离,减少雷电流泄放过程中产生的二次危害;在电源回路设置高耐压、低转移系数的隔离变压器和净能设备,降低从外部引入的工频过电压和尖波对机房用电系统的危害,增强变电所内设备的运行安全性;采用雷电流传感器对雷电信息进行采集,运用马尔科夫链寿命模型计算浪涌保护器的寿命状态,给出浪涌保护器的工作状态和寿命预值,使维护人员能及时处理和更换不符合要求的浪涌保护器. According to the current status of strong power protection of the secondary equipment in traction substation,it is proposed that lightning protection screen be installed at the side of secondary equipment,in which surge protective devices are accommodated centrally to achieve physical isolation between surge protective devices and the primary equipment so as to reduce secondary hazards resulting in the process of lightning discharge.The isolation transformer with high voltage resistance and low transfer coefficient and the AC clean power supply are set in the power supply circuit to reduce the harms of power frequency overvoltage and sharp wave introduced from the outside to the electrical systems in the equipment room and reinforce the operation safety of all the equipment in the power substation.The lightning current sensor is also used to collect the data of lightning,a Markov Chain life model is used to calculate the life state of the SPDs and the working state and life expectancy of the SPDs are given so that the maintenance personnel can timely handle and replace the non-qualifying SPDs.
