摘要
针对高职院校校企共建二级学院,在创新型技术技能人才培养中存在的产教融合不够深入、组织管理不健全、企业主体作用发挥不够充分等问题,以提高人才培养质量为核心,从校企共建二级学院的目标定位、合作意愿基础、保障机制、运行管理四个方面提出了"以合作办学为途径,以合作育人为目标,以合作就业为导向,以合作发展为动力"的"人才共育、过程共管、成果共享、责任共担"的紧密型校企合作办学长效机制,为高职院校校企共建二级学院开展创新型技术技能人才培养提供了参考。
In allusion to the problems in second level college jointly built by higher vocational colleges and enterprises,such as insufficient integration of industry and education,imperfect organization and management,and insufficient play of the main body of enterprises.This paper focuses on improving the quality of personnel training,by ways of"cooperative education,cooperative training,cooperative employment and cooperative development"and"talent sharing,process sharing,achievement sharing and responsibility sharing",puts forward a long-term mechanism of tight school-enterprise cooperation from four aspects:target orientation,basis of cooperation intention,guarantee mechanism and operation management,which also provides a reference for higher vocational colleges to carry out in-depth cooperation in innovative technical skills and talents.
