摘要
为全面落实《健康中国行动(2019—2030)》,完善环境与健康监测,该文基于环境健康综合监测项目,对2013—2018年10省27个区县点位已经累积的大量环境健康综合数据开展数据质量核查与问题梳理。数据质量初步核查与深度核查结果显示,环境因素存在早期监测数据缺失与监测站点信息不清晰的问题,健康因素数据则存在疾病编码与个案信息缺失较多的问题;而不同地域点位的数据质量之间也存在差异,东部地区数据质量水平相对较高。今后在进一步开展环境与健康数据整合工作时,应加强数据质控,注重环境因素监测数据来源信息的汇总,采用科学手段补充健康因素数据、疾病编码信息,进一步提高数据可用性。
To fully implement the Health China Initiative(2019-2030)and improve environmental and health tracking network,this study provided suggestions on integrated environmental health surveillance based on the consequences of comprehensive data quality control for the accumulative datasets of Chinese Environmental Public Health Tracking project collected from 27 county-level monitoring sites during 2013-2018.The results showed that there were different quality problems of environmental data and health data,which mainly focused on high missing rate of early monitoring data and information about mornitoring sites,as well as disease classification coding and cases information.Data quality also geographically varied among different surveillance sites,in which eastern regions indicated relating higher quality levels.Based on this,this study put forward suggestions for further integration and application of environmental and health data in the future,including involvement of information on data sources and improvement of disease classification code based on statistical modelling works.
