摘要
科技创新能力的提升必然伴随着相应的法治体系的创新与完善,其过程也就意味着法治实现必要的革新与发展。我国科技创新法治中还存在一些突出问题,应从立法执法理念、创新政策实施以及法律制度完善三个层面予以完善。
The promotion of scientific and technological innovation ability is bound to be accompanied by the innovation and improvement of the corresponding legal system,and its process also means the necessary innovation and development of the rule of law.There are still some outstanding problems in the rule of law of science and technology innovation in China,which should be improved from three aspects:the concept of legislation and law enforcement,the implementation of innovation policy and the improvement of legal system.
