摘要
针对城市轨道交通(以下简称"城轨")钢轨波磨问题,首先分析城轨钢轨波磨的特征及危害,然后对我国采用的钢轨波磨评价方法进行分析,指出分波长分级波磨评价的必要性;对钢轨波磨测量方式进行分类总结,指出针对钢轨波磨智能管理宜采用随车全线测量和重点区段人工连续测量相结合的方式;对城轨钢轨波磨管理模式进行分析,指出既有管理方式的不足,提出钢轨波磨智能管理的理念,并围绕钢轨波磨智能管理的要点分别进行阐述。
In view of rail corrugation in urban rail transit,firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics and hazards of rail corrugation in urban rail transit,and then the rail corrugation evaluation methods used in China,and it points out the necessity of rail corrugation evaluation grading determined by wavelength.Secondly,it classifies and summarizes the rail corrugation measurement methods,and it suggests that the intelligent management of rail corrugation should adopt the whole line on-board measurement and the manual continuous measurement in key sections.This paper analyzes the management mode on urban rail corrugation,points out the shortcomings of the existing management mode,puts forward the concept of intelligent management of rail corrugation,and expounds the main points of intelligent management of rail corrugation.
