神朔重载铁路波磨病害产生原因分析 被引量:1

Preliminary Analysis on Causes of Rail Corrugation on Shenmu-Shuozhou Raiway

摘要 神朔重载铁路小半径曲线地段频发钢轨波磨问题,根据现场调研结果,对波磨病害机理进行初步分析;选取典型小半径曲线波磨地段进行轨道结构动态响应测试,获取曲线内外侧钢轨、轨枕的动态响应。研究表明,曲线内侧轨道结构较外侧动态响应增加明显,对于钢轨垂向加速度,曲线内侧平均值较外侧大23.3%;对于轨枕加速度,曲线内侧平均值较外侧大90.4%;曲线地段普遍出现的过超高现象会导致曲线地段内轨偏载并增加轨道结构动态响应,将加速曲线内轨波磨的产生及发展进程。研究结果表明,在选线设计阶段,应优化线路走向,并尽量减少小半径曲线地段的数量;在运营阶段,应尽可能避免过超高现象的出现,并增加对易发生波磨区段的线路巡视频率。 In order to study the frequent rail corrugator problems in the small radius curve section of Shenshuo heavy-haul railway and put forward the feasible treatment scheme,the mechanism of the corrugation disease in Shenshuo was preliminarily analyzed according to the field investigation results and the field corrugator evolution law.The dynamic response of rail and sleeper inside and outside of the curve is obtained by testing the dynamic response of track structure.The results show that the dynamic response of the track structure on the inner side of the curve increases significantly compared with that on the outer side.For the vertical acceleration of the rail,the average value on the inner side of the curve is 23.3%higher than that on the outer rail.For the sleeper acceleration,the average value inside the curve is 90.4%larger than the average value outside the curve.The surplus superelevation in the curve section will lead to the deviated load of the rail in the curve section and increase the dynamic response of the rail structure,which will accelerate the generation and development process of the rail corrugation in the curve section.According to the results of this paper,based on the actual conditions of the existing works of Shenshuo Railway,it is suggested to optimize the route direction and minimize the number of sections with small radius curves in the stage of line selection and design.In the operation stage,the occurrence of surplus superelevation should be avoided as far as possible,and the frequency of line patrol in the section prone to corrugation should be increased.
