摘要
目的探讨半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)脾胃湿热证的临床疗效。方法随机将2017年6月至2019年6月本院收治的60例CAG脾胃湿热证患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组采取半夏泻心汤加减治疗。对比两组患者临床效果和临床症状积分。结果观察组临床有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为73.33%,观察组临床有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃脘胀痛、食少纳呆、痞满烦闷、嘈杂反酸等症状积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃湿热证可快速改善患者病情症状,临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach.Methods 60 CAG patients with spleen-stomach Damp-heat syndrome treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction.The clinical effect and symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms such as epigastric distension and pain,less food intolerance,fullness and depression,noise and acid reflux in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction can rapidly improve the symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis with damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach,and its clinical effect is remarkable.
