摘要
目的:探讨全方位护理模式在慢性胃炎患者中的应用价值。方法:选择中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院内科2020年10月-2021年9月满足慢性胃炎诊断指征的80例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将80例患者分为常规组和全方位组,每组40例。全方位组给予全方位护理模式进行干预,常规组给予常规护理干预。对照分析两组生活质量、护理前后情绪变化、护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生活质量评分均高于干预前,且全方位组均高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组负面情绪评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组负面情绪评分均低于干预前,且全方位组均低于常规组(P<0.05)。全方位组护理总满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:全方位护理模式在慢性胃炎患者中应用,可明显改善生活质量、负面情绪,提高了患者的护理满意度,具有较高的应用价值,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing model for patients with chronic gastritis.Method:A total of 80 patients who met the diagnostic indications of chronic gastritis in the Department of Internal Medicine of the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Guarantee Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the routine group and the comprehensive group according to the random number table,40 cases in each group.The comprehensive group was given the comprehensive nursing model for intervention,while the routine group was given routine nursing intervention.The quality of life,emotional changes before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in quality of life scores between two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of quality of life in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing model for patients with chronic gastritis can significantly improve quality of life and negative emotions of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,it has high application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
