摘要
青年教师党员群体具有教师职业角色和党员政治角色的双重身份,同时又具有年龄优势和发展潜力,应积极引导、着重培养。新形势下,必须有效加强高职院校青年教师党员队伍建设,从发展和培养机制、教育和管理机制、帮扶和关怀机制、考核和评价机制等多角度不断完善相关机制,采取教育、管理、服务多重举措,充分发挥其先锋模范作用。
Young teachers’Party members have the dual status of teachers’professional role and Party members’political role,and at the same time have age advantage and development potential,so they should be actively guided and focused on training.Under the new situation,it is necessary to effectively strengthen the construction of young teachers’Party members in higher vocational colleges.From the perspectives of development and training mechanism,education and management mechanism,assistance and care mechanism,assessment and evaluation mechanism,we should constantly improve the relevant mechanism,take multiple measures of education,management and service,and give full play to its vanguard and exemplary role.
