摘要
一些青年教师党员的角色定位不清楚导致先进性弱化,不良社会风气的冲击造成青年教师党员素质参差不齐,民主权利得不到有效保障影响青年教师党员作用发挥,基层党建工作不力影响青年教师党员作用的有效发挥。必须明确角色定位,彰显青年教师党员先进性;健全参与机制,保障青年教师党员的权利;完善工作制度,发挥教师党员的主体作用;加强教育管理,提升青年教师党员的素质。
Some young teacher party members vague orientation led to their advance attenuation. Impact of adverse social atmosphere caused irregularity in those young teacher party members. The democratic rights could not acquire effective guarantee influenced young teachers＇ function execution. The essay maintained that we must confirm role orientation, give priority to young teacher members＇ advance, establishing perfeetive participating system, ensure rights of young teachers, improve working system, exert teacher members＇ leading function, enhance educational mainte- nance and promote qualities of young teacher members.
