甘蔗尾青贮发酵剂的研制及其对青贮发酵品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验利用从甘蔗尾自然青贮发酵中分离得到的优势菌株进行组合,研制甘蔗尾专用青贮发酵菌剂。试验以植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、矮小假丝酵母菌分别按不同有效活菌数比添加比例制作成Ⅰ~Ⅵ号青贮发酵剂,并与2个市场上应用较广的相关产品进行甘蔗尾青贮试验,对照组不添加添加剂。结果显示:试验组DM含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组和Ⅷ组CP含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组的NDF、ADF含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验各组pH值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组及Ⅶ组乳酸含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅶ组和Ⅷ组乙酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。除Ⅶ组外其他各组氨态氮含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组乙醇含量显著低于(P<0.05)对照组。制成的发酵剂产品活菌数达到1×108 CFU/g以上;配方Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组的青贮发酵效果均优于对照组,接近或超过市场上应用较广的同类产品,尤以Ⅰ组效果最好。 The study was conducted to develop a special silage inoculant for sugarcane tops by using a combination of dominant bacterial strains isolated from sugarcane tops natural silage fermentation.We used a combination of Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus casei,Lactobacillus paracasei,and Candida humils in different effective viable cell ratio to make six silage treatment groups including respectively.We used fresh sugarcane tops to make silage andused two widely used commercial silage inoculants to compare with our formulated treatments and no additive was added to the control group.The results revealed that the DM contents in the treatment groups was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The CP was significantly higher in the group I and VIII as compared to control group(P<0.05).The NDF and ADF in group I were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The pH values of treatment groups were significantly lower than that of control group.The lactic acid contents were significantly higher in group I,group II,group III,group IV and group VII than control group(P<0.05).The contents of acetic acid in groupⅦand groupⅧwere significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The ethanol content in group I was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The number of viable bacterial count in treatment groups was above 1×108 CFU/g,and the fermentation parameters were better in group I,II,III,and IV than control group.Moreover,quality of silage fermentation was close to or even exceeded the commercial silage inoculants.The study concluded that group I was most effective inoculant for silage making from sugarcane top.
