摘要
针对新冠肺炎疫情防控工作中暴露的"医防脱节"和公共卫生人才培养中的"医教脱节"的现状,提出设立医学院非直属附属疾控中心、公共卫生临床中心,试行公卫医师规培和MPH"四证合一"制度,建立公共卫生技能实训中心和虚拟仿真实验室,修订培养方案、扩充师资队伍、扩大招生名额等建议供决策者参考。
For novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control work, the "medical prevention and disconnection" and the "medical education disconnection" in public health personnel training were put forward. The establishment of a non affiliated directly affiliated CDC and public health clinical center in medical schools was put forward. The trial of public health doctors’ training and MPH four certificate integration system was conducted, and the public health skills training center and virtual simulation laboratory were established to revise the training plan. Suggestions such as expanding the number of teachers and enrollment are provided for decision makers.
