摘要
目的:探讨不同髓超嵌体在根管治疗后磨牙牙缺损修复中的美学效果及预后影响。方法:选取2016年2月~2018年3月就诊本院的需进行根管治疗的182例患者的208颗磨牙作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为A、B两组,每组均91例患者,104颗磨牙。A组采用新型纳米复合陶瓷Lava Ultimate髓超嵌体、B组采用长石质瓷Vita TriLuxe髓超嵌体进行修复治疗。比较两组临床修复效果,预后效果以及并发症发生情况,患者满意度。结果:修复治疗后12个月,两组患者208颗患牙修复效果均效果良好,无修复体脱落。修复治疗后12个月,A组在边缘密合性、边缘着色、食物嵌塞、修复后并发症方面与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但A组对颌牙磨耗情况轻于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者满意度也高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:与长石质瓷Vita TriLuxe髓超嵌体相比,Lava Ultimate髓超嵌体用于根管治疗后能够更有效减轻对颌牙磨耗程度,修复效果和预后恢复水平更佳,患者对磨牙缺损修复的继发龋及修复体完整性方面满意程度更高。
Objective:To explore the aesthetic restoration and prognosis of different types of endo-overlays in molar restoration after root canal therapy.Methods:According to the table of random digit method,182 patients with 208 endodontically treated molar treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018,were were enrolled and divided into two groups.Lava Ultimate blocks were used to make the restorations in the 91 cases of group A,while Vita TriLuxe blocks were used in the 91 cases of group B.The restorations of two groups were evaluated and compared according to modified United States Public Health Service(USPHS).Results:All restorations displayed good results.None of the restorations fell off during the observation period.There were no statistically significant differences between group A and group B in success rates of the marginal fitness,marginal color,food impaction,the complications of the restoration(P>0.05).However,the rate of paired jaw teeth wearing of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in group A was higher than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Lava Ultimate endo-overlays can reduce wearing of paired jaw teeth compared to Vita TriLuxe endo-overlays,and the repairing effect and prognosis were better with Lava Ultimate endo-overlays.The patient’s satisfaction about secondary caries and prosthesis integrity was better than Vita TriLuxe endo-overlays.
