摘要
目的研究乳磨牙牙体缺损应用金属预成冠修复的治疗效果。方法选取苏州口腔医院2019年10月—2021年12月收治的106例乳磨牙牙体缺损患儿(106颗牙齿)为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分组,对照组(53例)行3M纳米树脂充填治疗,治疗组(53例)行金属预成冠修复治疗,对比两组治疗效果、并发症及咀嚼功能。结果治疗组治疗后1年成功率92.45%(49/53)高于对照组71.70%(38/53),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.759,P<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率5.66%(3/53)低于对照组22.64%(12/53),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.290,P<0.05);治疗组治疗后3个月、6个月咀嚼功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.700、7.932,P<0.05)。结论乳磨牙牙体缺损应用金属预成冠修复可促进疗效提高,并发症少,有利于咀嚼功能恢复。
Objective To study the effect of metal pre-crowns in the treatment of molar defect.Methods 106 children with primary molar tooth defects(106 teeth)who were treated in Suzhou Stomatological Hospital from October 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The control group(53 cases)was treated with 3M nano-resin filling and the treatment group(53 cases)was treated with metal preformed crown restoration according to different treatment protocols.The treatment results,complications and masticatory function of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate at 1 year after treatment was higher in the treatment group 92.45%(49/53)than in the control group 71.70%(38/53),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.759,P<0.05);the complication rate of 5.66%(3/53)in the treatment group was lower than that of 22.64%(12/53)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.290,P<0.05);the masticatory function of the treated group was better than that of the control group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.700,7.932,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of metal preformed crowns for the restoration of molar defects can promote the efficacy,less complications and facilitate the recovery of masticatory function.
