摘要
旧工业建筑的更新改造已成为当下热门课题,但由于前期研究不充分,多地旧工业建筑改造成果不佳。文章从城市层面探究旧工业建筑更新模式的影响因素,将城市发展需求与地域性文化特征列为研究重点,梳理出不同情境下所适宜的更新模式,并试图总结出城市层面对旧工业建筑更新改造所带来的启示。
Renovation of old industrial buildings has become a hot topic nowadays, but due to inadequate preliminary research, the results of old industrial buildings in many places are not good. The article explores the influencing factors of the old industrial building renewal mode from the city level, lists the urban development needs and regional cultural characteristics as the research focus, sorts out the suitable renewal modes in different situations, and attempts to summarize the city level to renew the old industrial buildings Enlightenment from transformation.
