摘要
为了保护工业遗产,使其在旧域改造中发挥新的作用,通过对工业遗产改造再利用过程中功能置换与定位的影响因素进行综合分析,得出在各种情况下产业建筑适合改造的功能模式和类型,从而对工业遗产保护和再利用中功能的置换、空间的定位提供一种参考模式,给予闲置的产业建筑以第二次生命,并通过功能置换、定位和改造使旧产业建筑得到更多的重视。
In order to protect the industrial heritage, to play a new role in the old city transform,through a comprehensive analysis of the impact factors of the functional replacement and location on re-using and the transformation of industrial heritage,conclude that transformation functionality mode suitable for the industrial buildings in al cases;thus provide a useful reference mode , to give a second life for Idle industrial building,for feature selection on re-use of industrial heritage conservation.
