摘要
制定合理的发动机大修工作范围是航空公司的一项重要任务,其不仅影响发动机性能和运行可靠性,而且还影响航空公司的运营成本。根据发动机维护管理手册中给出的维修建议,考虑以往返厂所做的维修级别,制定了单元体维修等级优化规则,优化了发动机大修方案,并根据制定的维修工作范围建立了发动机寿命周期内的返厂维修成本优化模型。利用粒子群算法对模型进行了优化求解,在保障可靠性的前提下,获得了大修成本较低的发动机寿命周期内返厂规划和大修方案。该方法可为航空公司规划发动机寿命周期内大修和大修工作范围的制定提供参考。
It is an important task for airlines to make a reasonable workscope for their engines,which has effects not only on engine performance and reliability,but also on airlines operating cost. Based on the recommendations given in the engine maintenance management manual and the repair levels adopted in the previous shop visits,a series of module repair level optimization rules were set up,and the workscope was created accordingly for each shop visit and the shop visit cost optimization model was also created for engine service life cycle. The particle swarm algorithm was used to optimize the model,and the engine shop visit maintenance plan and workscope for its service life cycle were worked out,by which a high operational reliability and lower maintenance costs can be achieved. The method proposed can provide a reference for airlines to create the engine shop visit plan and workscope for its service life cycle.
