Performance evaluation indexes of foaming agent

摘要 为了完善现有轻质土用发泡剂性能评价体系,开展了9种自制发泡剂和3种市售发泡剂的发泡试验,基于试验数据讨论了外在条件对发泡剂评价结果的影响,对比分析了1 h消泡占比、1 h泌水量、1 h沉降距和气泡群密度等评价指标的优缺点.研究表明:在相同的发泡方式、稀释倍数、水温和室温条件下测定的发泡剂性能指标才具有可比性;1 h泌水量指标难以准确评价发泡剂的稳泡能力和综合性能;《气泡混合轻质土填筑工程技术规程》(CJJ/T 177—2012)建议的方法难以准确测得1 h沉降距,且其对于气泡群密度的规定略显严格;提出了综合指标P=n(1-m)来评价发泡剂的综合性能,其中n为发泡剂的发泡倍数,m为发泡剂的1 h消泡占比,P值越大,发泡剂的综合性能越好. The foaming tests of nine kinds of self-made foaming agents and three kinds of commercially available foaming agents were carried out to improve the current evaluation system for the performance of foaming agent applied to air-foamed treated lightweight soil.Based on the experimental data,the effects of external conditions on the evaluation results were discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of evaluation indexes,such as defoaming ratio of an hour,bleeding volume of an hour,sediment height of an hour and foam density,were compared and analyzed.The results show that the evaluation indexes of foaming agents measured under the same foaming method,dilution ratio,water temperature and room temperature are comparable.It is difficult to obtain the accurate evaluation results of the foaming stability and comprehensive performance based on the bleeding volume of an hour.It is also difficult to acquire an accurate result of the sediment height of an hour using the method recommended by the“Technical specification for foamed mixture lightweight soil fill engineering(CJJ/T 177—2012)”,in which the regulation of density of bubble groups is slightly strict.The index P=n(1-m)is proposed to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the foaming agent,where n is the multiple of the performed foam of the foaming agent,and m is the defoaming ratio of an hour of the foaming agent.The greater the value of P,the better the comprehensive performance of the foaming agent.
