摘要
在目前综合管廊工程中典型的预制拼装技术体系中,节段预制拼装技术是我国综合管廊建设中较早采用的技术体系,具有技术成熟、单舱案例多的特点,但在大断面多舱综合管廊工程中少有应用。依托辽宁省某大断面多舱节段预制拼装综合管廊工程实例,介绍了节段预制构件、预留预埋、连接构造等设计方案及主要施工工艺;为降低造价、缩短工期,分析总结了在该工程中采取的总体设计优化、预制构件优化、接缝优化、预应力筋优化、防水设计优化等主要关键技术方案及对策,为其他类似节段预制拼装综合管廊工程提供借鉴。
In the typical prefabrication technology system of the current utility tunnel projects,the segmental prefabrication technology is an early technology system used in the construction of utility tunnel in China,and has the characteristics of mature technology and many single-cabin cases.But it is seldom used in the large-section multi-cabin utility tunnel projects.Relying on an engineering case of a large-section,multi-cabin segmental prefabricated utility tunnel in Liaoning Province,the design schemes and the main construction technologies of segmental prefabricated components,reserved and embedded components and connection structures are introduced.In order to reduce the cost and shorten the construction period,the main key technical schemes and the countermeasures of overall design optimization,prefabricated component optimization,joint optimization,prestressed tendon optimization and waterproof design optimization adopted in this project are analyzed and summarized.The reference can be referred for the other similar segmental prefabricated utility tunnel projects.
