摘要
为充分利用聚酰亚胺纤维的阻燃和抗紫外线的特点,设计生产羊毛/聚酰亚胺纤维混纺面料,研究确定聚酰亚胺纤维的特点及散纤维制条控制要求,羊毛/聚酰亚胺纤维纺纱工艺、织造工艺、柔软整理工艺要求和技术措施。结果表明:采用66支(15.15 tex)羊毛条与0.24 tex聚酰亚胺短纤维(60/40)混纺生产的功能面料具有良好的阻燃和防紫外线性能,实现了企业产品结构调整,满足人们对阻燃防紫外线产品的需求。
In order to make full use of the flame retardant and UV resistant characteristics of polyimide fiber,wool and polyester blended fabric was designed and produced.Characteristics of polyamide fiber,control requirements of bulk fiber strips,technical requirements and measures of polyester and wool blended yarns spinning process,weaving process and soft finishing process were studied and determined.The results show that the blended functional fabric produced by 15.15 tex wool strips and 0.24 tex polyester staple fiber with ratio of 60∶40 has good flame retardant and UV protection properties,which is helpful for the company to adjust product structure and meet people's demand for flame retardant and UV protection products.
