摘要
目的研究"健康中国"背景下我国10所双一流高校临床医学专业五年制本科生课程设置的特点。方法通过对A类和B类共10所双一流高校现行临床医学专业五年制本科生人才培养方案中的课程设置进行分析,并对A类和B类高校的课程设置进行比较研究。结果课程学分分布特征:A类高校的思修、自然科学、生物医学、临床医学、人文社科、公共卫生课程平均学分占比均高于B类高校;B类高校的选修课、集中实践教学平均学分占比高于A类高校。课程群设置的特点:5所高校开展以器官系统为中心的课程体系;A类高校开设较为丰富的人文社科课程和特色的实践教学,更重视培养医学生的创新思维和创新能力。结论建议加强医学生大健康人文教育的培养;调整优化临床医学和公共卫生课程群的比例;开发跨学科融合课程,提高医学生综合素质;构建以器官系统为中心的课程体系;开展创新实践活动,提高医学生创新思维和创新能力。
Objective To study the characteristics of undergraduate curriculums of five-year program for clinical medicine majors in 10 double first-class colleges and universities in China against the backdrop of Healthy China. Methods The undergraduate curriculums of current talent training plan of five-year program for clinical medicine majors in 10 double first-class colleges and universities of class A and class B were analyzed, and a comparative study was made on the curriculums of class A and class B colleges and universities. Results The distribution characteristics of course credits: The average credit ratio of the courses of Ideological and Moral Cultivation, Natural Science, Biomedicine, Clinical Medicine, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Public Health in Class A colleges and universities was higher than that in class B colleges and universities;the average credit ratio of optional courses and intensive practical teaching in class B colleges and universities was higher than that in class A colleges and universities. The characteristics of the setting of the curriculum group: Five colleges and universities implemented a curriculum system centered on the organ system;class A colleges and universities offered various courses of humanities and social sciences and distinctive practical teaching, and attached more importance to cultivating the creative thinking and innovation capability of medical students. Conclusion It is suggested to enhance the cultivation of medical students in one health humanity education, adjust and optimize the ratio of clinical medicine to curriculum group of public health, and develop interdisciplinary integration courses to improve the comprehensive quality of medical students. It is also recommended to establish a curriculum system centered on the organ system and carry out innovative practice activities to strengthen the creative thinking and innovation capability of medical students.
