摘要
在我国加快建设创新型国家、推进健康中国规划的背景下,医学院校培养人才必须注重创新创业思维、创新创业能力的培养,而以往的创新创业教育则以鼓励学生创办企业、促进就业为目标,与实际需求存在错位。该文从创新创业教育融入医学生培养全程、创新创业教育融入医学专业课程、改革创新创业课程体系、完善创新创业训练平台四个方面探讨了医学院校创新创业教育新模式的构建。
Under the background of accelerating the construction of an innovative country and promoting the healthy China plan,medical colleges must focus on the cultivation of innovative thinking and innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities in the training of talents.In the past,innovative and entrepreneurial education encouraged students to start businesses and promote employment is the goal,which is misaligned with actual demand.This article discusses the construction of a new model of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical schools from four aspects:innovation and entrepreneurship education integrated into the whole process of medical student training,innovation and entrepreneurship education integrated into medical professional courses,optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,and improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship training platforms.
