并行管道阴保干扰影响程度研究 被引量:4

摘要 多条管道同沟敷设会导致不同管道阴保系统间的相互干扰。当受干扰管道靠近另外一条管道的辅助阳极较近时,其管道腐蚀量非常严重;同时,若两条管道较近,当防腐层性能存在差异时,会导致受干扰管道过保护问题。文中通过数值模型方法,建立了并行管道阴保系统相互干扰模型,分析了阴保电流和阳极位置对并行管道的干扰程度影响。结果表明,阳极输出电流越大,受干扰程度越大;但当两条管道距离为125 m时,两者相互干扰较小。 Multiple pipelines are laid in the same trench can lead to the mutual interference between the cathodic protection systems of different pipelines.When the disturbed pipe is close to the auxiliary anode of another pipe,the corrosion of the pipe is very serious.At the same time,if the two pipelines are close to each other,when the performance of the anticorrosion coating is different,it will lead to the over-protection problem of the disturbed pipelines.The mutual interference model of parallel pipeline protection system was established by means of numerical model method,and the influence of protection current and anode position on interference degree of parallel pipeline was analyzed.The results show that the greater the anode output current,the greater the interference degree.However,when the distance between the two pipes is 125 m,the mutual interference between the two pipes is less.
