宫腔镜下左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统固定术20例临床疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(LNG-IUS,曼月乐)固定术的方法及其临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2015年11月至2019年6月在中南大学湘雅三医院以LNG-IUS脱落或下移就诊的20例患者,经宫腔镜下LNG-IUS固定术后的再脱落率、月经量改变、痛经缓解情况、贫血症状改善等相关临床指标。结果:100%(20/20)患者行LNG-IUS固定术后未再发生脱落,88.24%(15/17)患者痛经得到缓解,所有患者血红蛋白均恢复至正常范围。14例患者出现可接受的点滴阴道流血。但有2例患者因痛经缓解程度未达到理想状态选择行子宫切除术。结论:LNG-IUS固定术对于反复LNG-IUS脱落患者能有效防止再次脱落,确保LNG-IUS充分发挥其减少月经量及缓解痛经的作用,且操作简单,易于推广。
