摘要
直肠癌属我国发病率较高的恶性肿瘤之一。直肠癌外科治疗方案主要包含传统根治性切除术、腹腔镜微创术,辅助放化疗及靶向治疗等。其中手术根治性切除是针对直肠癌的最有效临床治疗方案。伴随腔镜技术的发展,经肛全直肠系膜切除术(transanal total mesorectal excision,TaTME)术式亦日臻完善,为临床所接受和认可。本文从TaTME治疗直肠癌的发展起源及应用现状,关于TaTME手术指征与手术操作步骤,以及TaTME的优势、存在问题及展望等多方面做一综述。
Rectal cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high incidence in China.The surgical treatment of rectal cancer mainly includes traditional radical resection,laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery,adjuvant radiochemotherapy and targeted therapy.Radical surgical resection is the most effective clinical treatment plan for rectal cancer.With the development of endoscopic technology,the transanal total mesorectal excision(TaTME)procedure is also being perfected,which is accepted and recognized by the clinic.This article reviews the development,origin and application of TaTME in the treatment of rectal cancer,the indication and operation procedure of TaTME,the advantages,problems and prospects of TaTME.
