摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是常见且疑难的妇科内分泌疾病,以月经不调、不孕、肥胖、黑棘皮征、多毛为主要临床表现,中医无PCOS病名,其症状属于"闭经""崩漏""月经后期""月经过少"等范畴,中医临床常基于五行学说,落实于五脏核心,以"症状-病机"为出发点,心、肝、脾、肺、肾五脏具有相关性,辨证不仅需从整体出发,也需把握脏脏之间关联,对于PCOS这样以症候群为特点的疾病,《傅青主女科》中根据五行相生克、脏腑气血机理组方的益经汤为治疗提供了新的思路,也为中医古籍经方在现代妇科疑难疾病中的应用积累了临床经验。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common and difficult gynecological endocrine disease,with irregular menstruation,infertility,obesity,black spine skin sign,and hairy as the main clinical manifestations.Chinese medicine has no PCOS disease name,and its symptoms belong to‘amenorrhoea’and‘metrorrhagia’‘delayed menorrhea’‘hypomenorrhea’,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is often based on the five elements theory,implemented in the core of the five internal organs,with‘symptoms-pathogenesis’as the starting point,heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney and five organs have correlation.Dialectical not only needs to proceed from the whole,but also needs to grasp the relationship between zang and zang.For PCOS,a disease characterized by syndrome,the use of Yijing Decoction,which is based on the five elements and the mechanism of zangfu viscera qi and blood,provides new ideas and accumulated clinical experience for the application of TCM classical prescriptions in modern gynecological difficult diseases.
