摘要
目的学制“五改四”后,基于社会需求和职业发展,以学生就业为导向,培养更加适合当前社会需求的应用型医学检验技术专门人才。方法在临床检验方向基础上,增设病理检验和输血技术两个新方向,突出临床检验、病理检验、输血技术三个专业方向的应用型人才培养新模式。结果开发出了临床检验、病理检验、输血技术三个专业方向的应用型人才培养新模式,提高学生就业能力、拓展就业方向。结论新人才培养模式在具体实施过程中取得了良好效果,适应社会需求,可供校内外医学及医学相关专业借鉴。
Objective After the“five to four”reform of the school system,based on social needs and career development,student employment-oriented,training more suitable for the current social needs of applied medical examination technology professionals.Methods On the basis of clinical examination,two new directions of pathology examination and transfusion technique were added,which highlighted the new training mode of applied talents in clinical examination,pathology examination and transfusion technique.Results A new model of training applied talents in clinical examination,pathological examination and transfusion technology was developed to improve students’employability and expand their employment orientation.Conclusion The new talent training model has achieved good results in the specific implementation process,which can meet the needs of the society and can be used for reference by the medical and medical related majors inside and outside the university.
