摘要
以共享经济模式下的新型用工关系为研究对象,基于共享平台运营模式构建共享型用工关系模式,并以主体间的管控范围和程度为标准,将共享型用工关系划分为非合作的管控I型、管控II型、管控III型用工关系和合作的管控I V型用工关系。以捕食者一食饵原始数学模型为基础,从数学条件推导和实际经济意义两个角度分别对非合作管控I型、管控I丨型、管控III型用工关系模式系统动力模型和合作管控I V型用工关系模式系统动力模型的稳定性进行分析。
This paper takes the new employment relationship under the sharing economy mode as the research object,and constructs the sharing employment relationship mode based on the sharing platform operation mode.Based on the standard of control scope and degree between subjects,it divides the shared employment relationship into non cooperative modes(Type I,Type II and Type III)and one cooperative mode(Type IV).Based on the original predator-prey mathematical model,it analyzes the stability of the system dynamic models of these four modes respectively from the mathematical condition derivation and practical economic significance.
