摘要
根据国家公立医院绩效考核指标体系,将儿科绩效考核指标分为外部绩效指标和内部绩效指标。外部绩效分为服务量、服务效率、费用、社会效益和分级诊疗5个维度;内部绩效分为科室经营、学科发展、人员培养3个维度。公立医院儿科涉及不同的利益主体,各利益相关者的行为影响着儿科运行绩效。应考虑不同利益相关者的诉求,从而有效提升综合性公立医院儿科绩效。
The State Council’s Opinions on Performance Evaluation of Tertiary Hospitals divided the public hospital performance evaluation indexes into external and internal ones.The external indexes were divided into five dimension:service quantity,efficiency,expense,social effect and hierarchical medical system.the internal indexes were divided into three dimensions,internal management,disciplinary development and personnel training.The pediatrics department of a public hospital concerns different stakeholders,whose behaviour would influence the performance of the pediatrics department.The demand of every stakeholder should be considered to promote the performance.
