终末期肝病合并血流感染1例 被引量：1

End-stage liver disease complicated with bloodstream infection:one case report

摘要 终末期肝病指各种慢性肝病的晚期阶段,主要表现为肝功能严重受损和失代偿。终末期肝病合并血流感染常继发于局部感染。血流感染可诱发或加重终末期肝病,同时抗菌药物的不当使用亦可加重肝损害[1]。如何精准有效的使用抗菌药物,减少耐药细菌的产生,改善终末期肝病合并血流感染患者的预后是临床治疗中比较棘手的问题[2]。现将我院收治的1例终末期肝病合并血流感染患者的诊治过程作一回顾。
