摘要
癫痫是一种常见的神经系统疾病,大部分女性癫痫患者在妊娠期、哺乳期需继续应用抗癫痫药物(AEDs)控制癫痫发作。但几乎所有的AEDs都有潜在的致畸性,因此评估AEDs在妊娠期和哺乳期的安全性显得尤为重要。基于此,查阅近年来国内外相关文献,就拉考酰胺、布瓦西坦、吡仑帕奈、醋酸艾司利卡西平、瑞替加滨、大麻二酚应用于妊娠期、哺乳期癫痫患者及相关实验动物模型的安全性研究进行归纳和总结。
Epilepsy is a common nervous system disease.In order to control seizures,most women with epilepsy during pregnancy and lactation need to continue antiepileptic drugs(AEDs)treatment.However,almost all AEDs have potential teratogenicity,so it is particularly important to evaluate the safety of AEDs during pregnancy and lactation.We reviewed literatures at home and abroad in recent years,generalized and summarized the safety of lacosamide,brivaracetam,perampanel,eslicarbazepine acetate,retigabine,and cannabidiol used in pregnant and lactating women with epilepsy and in experimental animal models.
