摘要
本研究以杂交水稻‘内优6478’为参试品种,以‘绵优725’为对照,2017-2018年在云南不同稻区进行区域试验和生产试验,记录其产量、适应性、抗性等综合性状表现,并进行比较分析,明确其在云南不同稻区的生产适应性。结果表明,‘内优6478’生育期适中,141~178 d之间,适应性较广;两年区试平均产量11 545.32 kg/hm^2、比对照增产7.38%、增产点率80%;生产试验平均产量11 649.00 kg/hm^2、比对照增产11.29%、增产点率83%。因此可知‘内优6478’具有产量高、抗性强、适应性广等优点,适宜在云南海拔1 500 m以下稻作区种植。本研究为‘内优6478’在云南推广应用提供了科学的参考依据,并能促进其快速产业化。
In this study, hybrid rice ‘Neiyou6478’ was taken as the test variety and ‘Mianyou725’ as the control.Regional tests and production tests were carried out in different rice planting areas in Yunnan Province from 2017-2018 to investigate the performance of its comprehensive traits such as yield adaptability and resistance, and comparative analysis was conducted to clarify its production adaptability in different rice planting areas in Yunnan Province. The results showed that ‘Neiyou6478’ has a moderate growth period, ranging from 141~178 days, and wide adaptability. The average yield of the two-year regional tests was 11 545.32 kg/hm^2, which was 7.38% higher than the control, and the yield increase rate was 80%. The average yield of production tests was 11 649.00 kg/hm^2,11.29% higher than the control, and 83% of the increase rate. ‘Neiyou6478’ has the advantages of high yield, strong resistance and wide adaptability, and is suitable for planting in the rice growing area below 1 500 m in Yunnan.This study provides scientific reference for ‘Neiyou6478’ to be popularized and applied in Yunnan, and can promote its rapid industrialization.
