摘要
以后期耐冷性较差的不育系V2 0A和金 2 3A、杂交组合汕优 77为对照 ,测定了后期耐冷性较强的不育系丰源A及其与 3个恢复系所配杂交组合在盛花期、乳熟期和黄熟期剑叶中叶绿素和丙二醛的含量。结果表明 ,丰源A及其所配系列组合在乳熟期和黄熟期剑叶中叶绿素含量均较高 ,而丙二醛含量均较低。
Using two CMS lines V20A and Jin 23A and one commercial hybrid Shanyou 77 with relatively poor cold tolerance as the checks, the contents of chlorophyll and MDA in the flag leaf blade of Fengyuan A with strong cold tolerance in late growing stage and its F_1 hybrids in the full flowering, milky ripeness and yellow ripeness stages were tested and analyzed. The results showed that Fengyuan A and its F_1 hybrids had a higher chlorophyll content but a lower MDA content in their milky ripeness and yellow ripeness stages, which was thought to be the physiological foundation for a stronger cold-tolerance ability in late growing stage of Fengyuan A and its F_1 hybrid combinations.
