摘要
赤泥是生产氧化铝过程中产生的固体废弃物,由于其粒度细、高碱度的性质,会严重污染环境。以贵州某地含铁量较高的赤泥为研究对象,采用物理分选法、浮选以及还原-磁选法等方法,从工艺条件控制、有价金属回收效率以及能耗等角度进行试验研究。研究结果表明,重选、磁选及浮选都难以有效处理此类赤泥,而通过磁化焙烧加分步磁选的工艺,可以使该赤泥中的大部分有价铁得到充分还原从而达到有效回收赤泥中铁的目的。
Red mud is a solid waste in the process of alumina production.Due to its fine particle size and high alkalinity,red mud will seriously pollute the environment.Taking the red mud with high iron content in Guizhou as the research object,the experiments were carried out from the process conditions control,valuable metal recovery efficiency and energy consumption by the physical separation method,flotation method and reduction magnetic separation method.The results show that gravity separation,magnetic separation and flotation are difficult to effectively treat this kind of red mud.However,through the process of magnetic roasting and step-by-step magnetic separation,most of the valuable iron in the red mud can be fully restored,so as to realize the purpose of recovering iron from red mud.
