摘要
以赤泥为主要原料,辅以粉煤灰、粘结剂等经发泡、高温煅烧等工艺制备赤泥基发泡轻质保温材料,研究原材料配比、发泡剂掺量、烧结温度及保温时间等因素对其性能的影响规律,并分析其形成机理。结果表明,m(赤泥)∶m(粉煤灰)=10∶8,烧结温度为1150℃,保温时间为120 min,时,制备的赤泥发泡轻质保温材料的密度为479 kg/m^(3),抗折强度为0.41 MPa,抗压强度为1.15 MPa,导热系数为0.09 W/(m·K)。
Red mud based foamed lightweight insulation materials are prepared through foaming and high-temperature calcination by using red mud as the main raw material,supplemented by fly ash and binders.The effects of raw material ratio,foaming agent content,sintering temperature and holding time on its properties were studied,and its formation mechanism was analyzed.The results show that when m(red mud)∶m(fly ash)=10∶8,sintering temperature is 1150℃,holding time is 120 min,the density of the prepared red mud foam light insulation material is 479 kg/m^(3),the bending strength is 0.41 MPa,and the compressive strength is 1.15 MPa.The thermal conductivity is 0.09 W/(m·K).
