摘要
将军工企业和地方企业作为影响国防知识产权转化的关键主体,分析了信息共享对推进国防知识产权转化的作用,军工企业和地方企业信息共享决策相互影响,实施信息共享策略对双方的期望效用都有利。政府推进对军工企业和地方企业信息共享策略选择和利益关系具有重要影响,作为国防知识产权转化的关键主体,政府推进有助于国防知识产权转化双方实现利益最大化,避免在国防知识产权转化过程中信息共享利益倾斜情形发生,有利于建立长期的信息共享机制。
This paper regards military enterprises and local enterprises as the key subjects affecting the transformation of national defense intellectual property rights, and analyzes the role of information sharing in promoting the transformation of national defense intellectual property rights. Military enterprises and local enterprises share information and decision-making influences, and implement information sharing strategies to meet the expectations of both parties.The government’s promotion has an important influence on the strategic choice and interest relationship of military enterprises and local enterprises. As a key subject of national defense intellectual property transformation, the government’s promotion will help the two sides of the defense intellectual property transformation realize maximum benefits and avoid the process of national defense intellectual property transformation. The situation of information sharing interest skew occurs, which is conducive to establishing a long-term information sharing mechanism.
