摘要
目的 研究榄绿粗叶木总黄酮的最佳提取条件,同时检测其抗氧化活性.方法 设计正交试验对提取工艺进行优化;采用DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基清除能力评价抗氧化活性.结果 最佳提取条件为提取时间60 min、料液比1:40 (g/mL)、乙醇浓度40%.榄绿粗叶木总黄酮对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基具有较强的清除能力,在一定范围内清除能力与浓度存在量效关系.结论 榄绿粗叶木总黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性.
Objective To study the optimum extraction condition and the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from lasianthus lancilimbus.Methods The orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the extraction process.The antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH free radical,superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl free radical scavenging ability.Results The optimum extraction condition was obtained as follows:the extraction time was 60 min,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40(g/mL),ethanol concentration was 40%.The scavenging abilities for DPPH free radical,superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl free radical were obviously related to the concentrations.Conclusion The total flavonoids from lasianthus lancilimbus have strong antioxidant activities.
