摘要
随着消防救援队伍改革的完成,处置灾种范围将进一步拓展,消防应急救援装备发展呈现出全新特点,特别是装备发展中的"统型"问题已经成为制约应急救援能力提升的"瓶颈"。通过对装备统型工作的不足及弊端全面分析,提出了做好顶层制度设计、装备统筹规划和装备数据支撑工作,探索新型采购模式,培育专业技术队伍和做好供需双方引导,为装备体系的建设发展提供理论支撑。
With the completion of the reform of the fire rescue team, the scale of disaster disposal will be further expanded. The development of fire emergency rescue equipment has taken on new characteristics. However, the standardization of fire emergency rescue equipment has become a bottleneck restricting the development of China’s emergency rescue capabilities. Based on the analysis of the deficiencies and defects of equipment standardization, this paper puts forward such countermeasures like top-level system design, equipment overall planning, equipment data support, new model of procurement, the cultivation of a professional technician team, guidance on both ends of supply and demand, so as to provide theoretical support for the construction and development of equipment systems.
