摘要
分析原有氯碱聚氯乙烯生产过程中,存在电石渣、废硫酸及各种废弃物不能合理利用的问题。对各个环节进行深度分析,研究制定了各种资源及废弃物合理利用方式,提出实施循环经济发展的具体措施,实现资源及废弃物的循环再利用。
The problem of improper use of calcium carbide slag,waste sulfuric acid and various kinds of wastes in the production of chlor-alkali and PVC is analyzed.Each link is analyzed deeply.The reasonable utilization methods of various resources and wastes are studied and formulated.The specific measures to develop circular economy are put forward to realize the recycling of resources and wastes.
