摘要
介绍了几种国内氯碱企业实施得比较有成效的循环经济模式——精细化工模式、氯碱与氟化工联合模式、两碱联合模式、西部发展模式、园区模式。
Several circulating - economy modes implemented well by domestic chlor - alkali enterprises are introduced, including fine chemicals industry mode, uniting mode of chlor - alkali industry and fluorine chemicals industry, allied two - alkali mode, the western China development mode and industrial garden district mode.

梁诚（1968-），男，高级工程师，江苏化学化工学会理事，江苏省高新技术和企业、火炬计划项目专家组评审委员会专家委员，《精细化工中间体》编委。多次承担原化工部及化工信息中心组织的重点行业及产品的调研与论文撰写工作。长期从事有机化工原料及精细化学品的开发与信息工作，发表论文300余篇。
