摘要
目的整理归纳痰证相关文献,探究痰证相关疾病发展变化相关因素,为研究方向提供更清晰的理论数据。方法采用4人独立手工检索方式检索2013年1月1日-2018年9月30日间发表的痰证相关文献,纳入1965篇文献,整理痰证相关西医病名、中医病名和中医证型的相关信息。结果整理痰证文献中排名前10位的西医病名、中医病名及中医证型和频数统计。整理与叶氏等总结的痰证相关文献排名前10位的西医病名、中医病名及中医证型排名对比结果。结论对痰证相关西医病名、中医病名及中医证型排名分布对比结果进行交叉分析,发现痰证相关疾病的发展变化与病理、体质、情志与环境等因素密切相关,应以上述因素为基础,完善痰证相关辨证标准,以更好地指导临床治疗。
Objective To sort out the relevant literature of phlegm syndrome and explore the related factors of the development and changes of phlegm-related diseasesto provide more clear theoretical data for the research.Methods Four independent manual search methods were used to retrieve the relevant documents published in the period from January 1,2013 to September 30,2018,and 1965 documents were included.The information of Western medicinenames,TCM names and TCM syndromes was summarized.Results The top 10 Western medicine names,TCM names,TCM syndrome types and frequency statistics were compiled.The rankings of the top 10 Western medical names,TCM names and TCM syndromes in the literature related to the phlegm evidence summarized by YE were analyzed.Conclusion The cross-analysis of the correlation among Western medicinenames,TCM names and TCM syndromes was found to be closely related to the pathological,physical,emotional and environmental factors.Based on the above,improving the syndrome differentiation standards related to phlegm and blood stasis can better guide clinical treatment.
