摘要
目的提升医院职工食堂就餐满意率。方法以PDCA持续改进理念,开展服务模式改革和服务质量整体提升项目。结果医院职工食堂就餐人数及就餐满意率均得到了大幅提升。结论PDCA循环工具对提升食堂就餐满意率有明显效果。
Objective To improve the dining satisfaction rate of hospital staff canteens.Methods Based on the concept of continuous improvement of PDCA,carry out service model reform and overall improvement of service quality projects.Results The number of meals and the satisfaction rate of meals in the staff canteen of the hospital were significantly improved.Conclusion The PDCA cycle tool has a significant effect on improving the dining satisfaction rate of the canteen.
